The picture shows Rai Bahadur Lala Ramsaran Das (left), Member of the Council of State - India's central upper chamber, Sir Ramaswamy Mudaliar (centre), Commerce member of the Viceroy's Council, and Mr A S Lyengar (right), a leading Indian journalist.
