The synagogues are autonomous and the ULPS does not have a central record of individuals. Records of all burials under the auspices of the ULPS are held at Pound Lane, Edgwarebury and Cheshunt Cemeteries, other than records of burials at Pound Lane itself (Liberal Jewish Synagogue). These records could be open for individuals to trace family members.

They also hold all records concerning proselyte conversions approved by the ULPS Rabbinic Board (Beh Din). These are strictly confidential and would only be available to one of the Rabbis in the Rabbinic Conference for a specific reason.

All marriage records are held by individual congregations. The individual congregations also hold divorce records.
