I thought I would have greatest difficulty identifying my grandfather's siblings. Dad didn't know his uncles' Christian names, and I needed their real names in order to find out about them from the Family History Centre. My older brother, Lloyd had been making contact with Crookses in Birmingham through his church. Lloyd had discovered our second cousins and we were soon my father had been united with his first cousins from Darliston whom he hadn't seen for over a half century. They not only told us the Christian names of my grandfather's siblings, but filled us in on copious other details about our family history. Contributors: Paul Crooks Creators: Paul Crooks | ||||||
