1. 2. You indemnify Moving Here against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by them as a result of your breach of the above warranty. (This means that you have given Moving Here the rights to publish your story on the web, and where you have copied images or sounds from other sites or sources, you have written permission to use this material. If these rights have not been obtained and the owners attempt to claim damages from Moving Here for breach of copyright or other rights, you will be responsible for all costs).
